As an On Line purchasing bonus, if you order two or more pill boxes we will pay the shipping charges. (Per order)
There is a 6% sales tax added to all sales being delivered in the state of Florida. Our Secure on line ordering system will take care of the charges for you.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS or Federal Express.
Please allow 1 week for delivery. (Delivery times do not include French and American Holidays and the months of July & August)
Return Policy
Buyers are responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance. We use UPS or
US Priority Mail. Once payment is received, orders will be shipped within 3
business days. All items shipped with a 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Any
shipping charges will not be refunded. All items must be preauthorized for
return within the 7 day limit by e-mail or by phone at 800 955-3111

Express delivery next day is valid for orders received from Monday to
Thursday by 10 am only. From Thursday 10:01 am to Sunday 12pm, next day
delivery will be send on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
International orders please read the following information:
4/ Global USPS International shipping in 15 European countries, is $25.00
for 1 no additional cost for 2nd or 3rd boxes, so by placing an order, we
will charge you $25.00 shipping. All other
countries & Japan, Australia, South Africa etc... parcels are shipped UPS
only, we will contact you to give you the UPS rates.
Make a note, that in any case, shipping charges & duties both ways are under
your responsability. In case of return, shipping & duties will be deducted
from your total refund.
5/ Important Notice:
International orders may be subjected to your country
duties & taxes which will be collected by the carrier. As shipper, we MUST
insure & declare the content of the parcel. Depending of the country, taxes
may vary from 0% to 40%. We strongly invite you to contact your local UPS
office or your Local Post Office to know the exact rate of duties of
"Porcelain Figurines boxes made in France" . If you refuse to pay for
duties, the parcel will be returned to us, and you will be refund the value
of the Limoges box(es) minus the cost of shipping & charges of duties which
may apply as soon as the parcel enter in your country. Charges the carrier
will request from us to pay for upon the return of the parcel.
